Book early: October is peak season in Bali. Hotels near Kuta Beach fill up fast — secure your stay as soon as your paper/registration is confirmed.
Stay at the venue: Staying at the Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort is the most convenient option — no commute to sessions, easy access to networking dinners and events.
Location: Kuta is a central and well-connected area of Bali. Hotels within 1–2 km of the venue are easy to reach by taxi, Grab, or Gojek in under 10 minutes.
Budget range: Kuta has options for every budget — from ~IDR 300,000/night (budget guesthouses) to IDR 2,000,000+/night (5-star beachfront resorts).

Jimbaran / Nusa Dua — luxury resort areas, ~15–20 min drive from venue. Ideal for those who want a quieter, upscale stay.
